All diamond-tipped products, due to the nature of the product, are sent via a courier service. All other blades items are sent via Royal Mail.
All orders placed before 2:00pm* should be dispatched on the same working day. If your order is sent via courier, it should take between 1-3 days and Royal Mail will take up to 2.
*In situations such as bank holidays or staff shortage, some orders may not be dispatched on the same day.
